Shipping policy
Orders are packed with care and usually sent within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launches, sales, or restocks, things may take a little longer - but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
All Kovy Designs goodies are sent via Australia Post, with shipping rates calculated and shown at checkout.
- Standard shipping: approx. 3–8 business days, depending on your location
- Express shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee
Shipping Delays
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are out of our hands. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods like sales or Christmas.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order - it helps everything run smoothly. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Change of Mind
Because our collections are made in small, limited runs, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges & Store Credit
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit for items that are unworn & unwashed.
To organise a return:
- Email us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using tracked postage, just to be safe
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every item before it leaves us, but if something slips through, please email kovy.designs@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a couple of clear photos, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible - whether that’s a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered for items that are faulty or can’t be replaced. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our mistake.
Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale - no returns or exchanges unless faulty.
