Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier and are outside of our control.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are faulty, damaged, or not as described, in line with your consumer guarantees.

Change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and store credits are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and are not required under Australian Consumer Law.
